Any direct damages will be limited to the amounts paid to Payraydoo for the relevant services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limitation is stated in an applicable written agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Payraydoo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, your submitted content or data, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
16. Suspension and Termination
Payraydoo may suspend or limit access to the services if reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected abuse, legal exposure, non-payment, or violations of these terms. Upon termination, rights of access may end immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

If no separate agreement applies, disputes will be resolved in a competent forum selected by Payraydoo that has a reasonable connection to the services or the contracting entity.
